Plant A Tree Day is an annual activity which typically occurs around September to cultivate awareness of environmental protection. Our employees are engaged through volunteerism activities to plant trees at our facilities, in their local communities or participate in similar green space activities.
15 of our facilities located in Hungary, Czech Republic, China, Mexico, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia volunteered for this initiative by engaging their employees to plant trees or saplings around the facility and to plant trees in the local community.
Our participation in tree planting activities reflect our on-going commitment to reduce our environmental footprint, inculcate active environmental stewardship among our employees and operate in a sustainably responsible way.
