Great signal integrity at great speed.

For automotive applications, the option of solderless Press-Fit interconnects simplifies and speeds up the assembly process. As Press-Fit pins are shorter than through-board pins, they reduce resonance, thereby achieving greater signal integrity.

Solderless connection

Lower risk of errors and simplified production processes due to its solder-free assembly.

High-speed data transmission

Transfer data at speeds of up to 10Gbps.

Conforms to automotive performance requirements.

Solder-free alternative

ENNOVI-Net has a standardized interface in accordance with USCAR and customizable Press-Fit pins. This removes the need for soldering. Our connectors support -40°C to +105°C operational temperature range, along with ≥ 25 mating cycle durability.

How it works

  1. Right angle connector with Press-Fit pins (ground)
  2. Press-Fit contacts (signal)
  3. Housing

Like all ENNOVI components, ENNOVI-Net is suitable for EV applications. It integrates seamlessly into an organized system, can be customized to your specifications and delivers long-life in rugged automotive environments.
