In collaboration with Shakti Kendra Trust, an NGO based in Bangalore, India, Ennovi India organized a tree planting activity for an 11,000sqft of land located 19km from our Bangalore facility. This land was allotted by the local authorities for forestation.
Together with the community leaders in Bangalore, volunteers from the local villages and the NGO, the Interplex India team planted a total of 2,000 tree saplings using the Miyawaki method of forestation. This newly afforested land is currently maintained by Shakti Kendra Trust, along with local authorities.
