Small footprint.
Big impact.

Small in size, highly reliable and enormously assembly-friendly: with a large ampacity-to-size ratio, BusMate® enables compact and robust power assembly designs

Flexibility, built in

Small, but mighty: BusMate’s® size conserves PCB space in your assembly, affording huge flexibility for your design options.

Compact size, concentrated power

With a high-power density, BusMate® delivers a high current capacity for
high-density power applications.

Hugely accommodating

For large mating mismatch or offsets, BusMate® contact technology allows for busbar misalignment helps take up stack-up tolerance in sub-assemblies.

Meets powerful challenges

BusMate® Power Busbar can support power densities from 40 to 60 Amps interfaces up to 60 to 80 Amps. Flexible and cost-effective it handles a variety of connectors with different mating configurations – such as board-to-blade, board-to-board, and blade-to-blade.

How it works

  1. Busbar blade (0.8 – 1mm thick)
  2. Floating contact technology
  3. High temperature construction
  4. PCB Mount: Press-Fit and SMT

Like all ENNOVI components, the ENNOVI BusMate® Power Busbar Connector is suitable for numerous EV applications. It integrates seamlessly into an organized system and can be customized to your specifications.
Transformers, fuses, power junction centers
Power distribution in inverters
Transformers, fuses
Servo-steering motors, motion control
